- Working understanding of VoIP telephony generation

- Working understanding of IP?Primarily based community technology

- Familiar with voice/facts structured cabling

- Familiar with PBX cabling (66 blocks, 110 blocks) and associated tools (tone generator, probe, punch-down equipment, cable testers)

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products

- Excellent verbal communications abilities

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and take suitable corrective moves
